Shipping, Payments & Returns

​Below outlines our shipping, payments and returns details to help answer your queries with shopping with us online.

All payments can be made with credit cards or PayPal.



Payments as well as refunds for shipments are all invoiced in Australian dollar (AUD).

Credit cards will be debited in AUD, and thus, due to exchange rates,

the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day

the credit card company processes the transaction.



Delivery changes: Orders placed between 31st March – 17th April will be dispatched from 18th April.


Once the full payment is processed the ordered will be dispatched within the next business day.

Parcels will be sent via Australia Post, taking approximately 1-6 business days within Australia.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders within Australia, and flat rate express shipping.



International delivery fees are calculated by weight with transit of

approximately 6-15 business days depending on the destination.

This can be calculated at the checkout by entering your postal address.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you,

at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to custom charges, duties and taxes unique to your country.

This is unfortunately outside our control and is payable by the receiver.

We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out if any charges,

duties or taxes are applicable on your item prior to your purchase.


Return & Exchange Policy 

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Kodama Apparel labels and tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.

We ask you to email contact us to begin the return procedure.

Once we receive the goods, full refund will be processed for you.

​Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that

We can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of

our products that appear on Kodama Apparel. However, as computer monitors vary,

we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

​If any item has been lost during transit, you will receive a full refund or a replacement subject to availability.
