Payment
Why isn't my payment going through?
Sometimes your bank detects the transaction as an unusual activity and may block the payment.
We recommend to contact your bank or alternatively use another credit card or PayPal account.
Currency
Payments as well as refunds for shipments are all invoiced in Australian dollar (AUD) by default.
Credit cards will be debited in AUD, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction.
There is also an option to change the currency in USD and GBP at the top right section of the header.
Credit Card Payments
We accept credit card payments via PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to make credit card payments.
