Refund, Exchange and Returns Policy

We understand that online shopping can be tricky. If there is anything you're not 100% happy with upon receiving, please contact us immediately. We ask you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Kodama Apparel. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. If any item has been lost during transit, you will receive a full refund or a replacement subject to availability.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Kodama Apparel labels and tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.

Once we receive the goods, refund or exchange will be processed for you.
